CapitaLand sells out Vietnam luxury condo for at least $1.367m each unit

All units were sold in two hours.

All 88 units of CapitaLand Development’s DEFINE, a luxury residential property in Vietnam, were sold out in two hours during its exclusive weekend preview on 4 December.

Each unit was sold for above $1.367m (VND23b) or an average selling price of $7,430.24 (VND125m) per square metre (psm).

The highest-price four-bedroom unit on the 24th floor was sold for 8,918.25 psm (VND150m), while the penthouse unit on the 25th level was sold for $9,503.15 psm (VND160m) or a total of $4.93m (VND83b).

DEFINE, which is being co-developed by Thien Duc Trading – Construction Company Limited,  is expected to be completed in 2024.
