Chart of the Day: HDB resale flats' median TOX hits positive $3,000 in October

Yishun has the highest median TOX at positive $10,000.

This chart from SRX shows that the overall median TOX for HDB resale units is positive $3,000 in October, an increase of $1,000 from September.

Three-room, four-room and five-room HDB flats registered positive $1,000, $4,000 and $4,000 median TOX, respectively whilst executive flats recorded a negative $1,000.

In terms of HDB town, Yishun had the highest median TOX at positive $10,000 followed by Geylang and Jurong West at positive $7,000.

Ang Mo Kio and Clementi posted the lowest median TOX at negative $7,000 followed by Queenstown at negative $6,100.

TOX data only include HDB towns with more than 10 resale transactions with x-value.
