But it's still lower than 10-year average.
According to OCBC, the URA residential price index appreciated 2.0% over 9M13.
While the index continues to show positive price appreciation, the mood of the market has been increasingly cautious given persistent cooling measures (particularly after the latest TDSR requirements) and a heavy physical supply due for completion over FY14-16.
"Over the last nine consecutive quarters, the URA residential price index showed an average quarterly price appreciation of 0.7% QoQ which is significantly lower than the 10-year quarterly average of 1.7% QoQ," OCBC said.
