Chart of the Day: Mid-tier rental yields fell the hardest in Q3

It dropped from 3.35% last year to 3.1%.

This chart from Knight Frank shows the average gross rental yields for all residential market segments in Q3 fell from a year ago.

Average gross rental yields for the high-end, mid-tier and mass-market declined to 2.91%, 3.10% and 3.25%, respectively.

The decline was the biggest for the mid-tier market, which dropped 0.13% QoQ from 3.23%. It also fell from 3.35% in 3Q2016.
