Chart of the Day: Property buyers from Taiwan and Korea grew in Q1

But China remains as the top foreign property buyer in the country.

This chart from OrangeTee showed that the number of Singapore property buyers from South Korea and Taiwan increased as their rankings in the list of foreign property buyers rose from eighth and ninth in Q1 2018 to sixth and seventh in Q1 2019, respectively.

Foreign buyers from China, Malaysia, India, Indonesia and USA retained their positions with the most transactions in Q1. Foreigners from China still make up most of foreigner transactions.
