Chart of the Day: Take a look at the priciest psf rates for condo units

 Wallich Residence saw a rate of $4,560 psf in July.This chart from OrangeTee & Tie shows that 8 Saint Thomas saw the highest priced achieved in September as its rate hit $3,292 psf. This is higher compared to the priciest rate of $3,543 psf for 8 Hullet back in August.

Meanwhile, premium psf rates were at their lowest in 2018 back in January with the priciest rate recorded by Marina One Residences at $3,832 psf.

"As the return in demand is underpinned by strong economic fundamentals, we foresee that buying activities will pick up further as more launches are on the cards, including The Woodleigh Residences, Parc Esta, Kent Ridge Hill Residences, and Whistler Grand that are slated to be launched over the next two months," OrangeTee & Tie said.

In total, developer home sales rebounded 51.1% to 932 units in September, the Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) revealed.
