Chart of the day: Ultra-luxury property rents rose 10.6% in Q3

This reversed two consecutive quarters of decline.

This chart from Knight Frank reveals that rents for ultra-luxury residential properties jumped 10.6% QoQ in Q3 to reverse two consecutive quarters of decline.

As a result, the rental yields for the ultra-luxury properties increased in Q3 after declining in the previous quarter. In contrast, Rental yields for the mass market, middle-end and high-end residential properties remained mostly stable.

Rents of high-end properties also increased 6.3% QoQ in Q3.

In contrast, residential rentals for the mass market and middle-end private residential properties remained flat whilst vacancy rates in these segments remained stable.
