
Chart of the Day: Which new condos in RCR sold the most units in Q2?
Amber Park sold more units but Sky Everton has a higher average unit price.
This chart from OrangeTee & Tie shows the top five best-selling new non-landed residential properties in the Rest of Central Region (RCR) for Q2, which made up half of the 1,151 new homes sold in Q2--an 84.8% QoQ surge from the 623 new homes in Q1.
Many new projects breached the $2,000 per square foot (psf) benchmark for new homes in RCR: Amber Park, which recorded the most new condo sales for the quarter, sold for an average price of $2,481 psf; and Sky Everton, which sold at an average price of $2,525 psf.

Despite the higher psf pricing, sales have been healthy at both projects as 156 units were sold at Amber Park while 133 units were moved at Sky Everton in Q2 2019.
Including resales and sub sales, non-landed home sales rose 55.4% from 1,105 units to 1,717 units.
