Check out these two home sites up for sale

Acording to a release, to provide developers and home-buyers with more choices for private housing, the Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) has released two residential sites at Upper Serangoon View (Parcels A and B) for sale today.

The two land parcels at Upper Serangoon View, which are adjacent to each other and can yield a total of 920 residential units, are launched for sale under the Confirmed List of the 2nd half 2013 Government Land Sales (2H2013 GLS) Programme.

Tenders for both sites at Upper Serangoon View will close at 12 noon on the same day on 28 November 2013, as part of the Government’s initiative to encourage more prudent bidding by developers under the 2H2013 GLS Programme.

The batch tender closing system will also apply to another pair of sites at Choa Chu Kang Grove for Executive Condominium development to be released for sale in December 2013.
