According to Maybank Kim Eng, Keppel Land previewed its 726-unit project known as The Glades at Tanah Merah in early Sep, and reportedly sold 80-90 units at an ASP of ~SGD1,500 psf.

CapitaLand is expected to launch its 694-unit project located beside Sky Habitat in Bishan shortly. Known as Sky Vue, the project comprises a higher proportion of smaller units than Sky Habitat, and we are estimating an ASP of SGD1,500 psf, vis-a-vis Sky Habitat's SGD1,600psf.
