City Developments to unveil New Futura at Leonie Hill

It also eyes launching its Tampines 10 project.

After recording strong growth in residential sales for the first half of the year, City Developments Limited is now planning to launch projects to keep its momentum.

According to DBS Group Research, CDL plans to launch 124-unit New Futura at Leonie Hill Road in 2H17. This follows the positive sales strength at Gramercy Park.

More so, the developer is eyeing to launch its new project at Tampines Ave 10, a parcel it acquired from GLS last May 2017.

The Tampines project is expected to be launched in early 2018 with an estimated 861 units.

Additionally, the group has commenced a refurbishment programme at Le Grove Serviced residences costing $30m, which will see an increase in total units to 173, from the current 97 units. The refurbished property is on track to complete by 2Q18.
