
Co-living operator Hmlet launches 150-room facility
Weekly stays cost between $1,105 to $2,240.
Co-living operator Hmlet launched Hmlet Cantonment, considered to be their largest facility with 150 individual rooms.
The 76,000 sq ft building is located at 150 Cantonment Road, near Chinatown and Duxton Hill.
Weekly stays in the property ranges between $1,105 to $2,240, whilst daily stay costs $145 to $320 per night. Preferential rates from $3,240 per month will be available for members who will book for a stay of three months or longer.
The facility has communal kitchens, a wellness studio, outdoor plunge pool, relaxation area, and an all-day, in-house cafe, as well as activities like games night, movie screenings, in-house yoga and meditation classes.

Hmlet Cantonment was originally the location of Keppel Primary School before it was converted to the headquarters of Corrupt Practices Investigation Bureau. It was developed in partnership with LHN Facilities Management Pte Ltd.
