Condo resale prices climb 1.7% MoM in September
This marks the 26th straight month of a price increase.
Condo resale prices rose for the 26th straight month in September, rising 1.7% MoM, data from 99.co and SRX showed.
On a year-on-year comparison, prices rose by 11.1%.
Across markets, the highest price increase was recorded in the Outside Central Region (12.9% YoY and 2.2% MoM), followed by the Rest of the Central Region (10.1% YoY and 1.3% MoM), and the Core Central Region (7.0% YoY and 1.1% MoM).
For September, the highest transacted price for a resale unit was $17,625,000 at Reflections at Keppel Bay.
In CCR and OCR, the highest resale price achieved was $15,800,000 for a unit at Eden Residences Capitol and $4,800,000 for a unit at The Trilinq, respectively.
The total number of units resold during the month was 1,331, 1.1% above the August record.
