Condo resale prices increase by 5.0 YoY in March
Across submarkets, OCR posted the highest year-on-year price increase.
Condo resale prices picked up in March, rising 5.0% YoY and 0.4% MoM, data from 99. co and SRX showed.
Across submarkets, the Outside Central Region (OCR) posted the highest year-on-year increase in prices at 7.1% YoY, followed by the Rest of Central Region (RCR) (5.6% YoY) and Core Central Region (CCR) (1.5% YoY).
The highest transacted price for a resale unit in March was $7.05m at Astrid Meadows in CCR.
Meanwhile, the highest transacted price in the RCR is a unit at Corals at Keppel Bay resold for $8.7m.
In the OCR, the highest transacted price was $3.41m for a unit at Seaside Residences.
