Condo resale prices rise 0.8% MoM and 5.5% YoY in July
The Core Central Region led submarkets with a 2.8% MoM increase.
Condo resale prices picked up in July, rising 0.8% MoM and 5.5% YoY, according to data from 99. co and SRX showed.
Across submarkets, the Core Central Region (CCR) posted the highest month-on-month price increase at 2.8%. The Rest of Central Region (RCR) and the Outside Central Region (OCR) booth saw a 0.4% MoM uptick.
Year-on-year, however, the RCR posted the highest increase at 7.1%. Meanwhile, OCR and CCR prices rose 6% YoY and 2% YoY, respectively.
In July, the highest transacted price for a resale unit was $14.2m at Nassim Park Residences in the CCR.
Meanwhile, the highest transacted price in the RCR is a unit at Corals at Keppel Bay resold for $6.78m.
In the OCR, the highest transacted price was $5.68m for a unit at Ocean Park.
