Condo resale prices rise 1.5% MoM and 5.1% YoY in April
Across submarkets, OCR posted the highest year-on-year price increase.
Condo resale prices picked up in April, rising 1.5% MoM and 5.1% YoY, according to data from 99. co and SRX showed.
Across submarkets, the Rest of Central Region (RCR) posted the highest month-on-month increase in prices at 2.0%, followed by the Core Central Region (CCR) (0.3% YoY) and the Outside Central Region (OCR) (0.1%).
Year-on-year, however, the OCR posted the highest increase at 7.2%.
Meanwhile, RCR and CCR prices rose 5.2% YoY and 0.2% YoY, respectively.
In April, the highest transacted price for a resale unit was $13m at The Marq On Paterson Hill in the CCR.
Meanwhile, the highest transacted price in the RCR is a unit at The Peak resold for $8.3m.
In the OCR, the highest transacted price was $5.36m for a unit at Windy Heights.
