Crystal Tower, a freehold residential site at Ewe Boon Road, has been put up for sale with an asking price of $138m or $1,406 psf ppr.

According to Edmund Tie & Company (E&TCo), the property sits on elevated ground with a land area of around 60,482 sqft. It can be redeveloped up to to its existing gross floor area (GFA) or 98,179 sqft.

Crystal Tower was built in the 1970s and has a total of 28 apartment units.

It is near the Orchard Road shopping belt and lifestyle spots such as the Singapore Botanic Gardens and Dempsey Hill.

The property is connected to major roads and expressways such as Bukit Timah Road, Balmoral Road, Dunearn Road, Pan Island Expressway (PIE) and Central Expressway (CTE).

The tender exercise for the site is launching on 26 October 2017 and will close on 28 November 2017 at 3 p.m.
