Developer sales soar by 286.2% MoM to 787 units in November
November saw the highest number of units launched for sale since July 2023.
Developers sales rose to 787 units in November, translating to a 286.2% MoM and 201.5% You jump.
According to the Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) and Huttons, November had the highest number of units launched for sale since July 2023, at 970.
The number of units launched for sale in November was 1,696.3% higher MoM and 204.1% higher YoY.
Over 70% or 570 units sold in November were from Hillock Green, J’den and Watten House, the three major non-landed launches during the month.
Hillock Green sold 132 units, whilst J’den sold 329 units. Watten House, the best-selling project in the Core Central Region in 2023, sold 109 units in November.
Looking at market segments, the Outside Central Region (OCR) and CCR accounted for almost 90% of the sales in November. OCR recorded 539 sales, whilst CCR saw 151 units sold.
