eCO sold more than 500 units in one month

Two- and three-bedroom units already sold out.

Far East Organization, Frasers Centrepoint Limited and Sekisui House have sold 515 out of 603 units released in their latest joint venture project, eCO, which commenced sales a month ago on 22 September 2012.

More than 90% of the buyers were Singaporeans or Singapore Permanent Residents, the majority of whom live in the Bedok, Chai Chee, Marine Parade, and East Coast districts.

eCO, a 748 unit development, is the first private residential project in the Bedok South estate to be launched in 30 years.

All 240 2- and 3-bedroom condominium units have been sold out. The SOHO and Suite units at eCO have also attracted strong interest from buyers aged 30 to 49 years accounting for 54 per cent of these unit types sold to date.
