Fraser Property to launch ‘wellness-inspired’ executive condominium
Parc Greenwich is slated to receive its Temporary Occupation Permit in 2024.
Frasers Property said it will launch wellness-inspired executive condominium Parc Greenwich next to the landed enclave in Seletar Hill and is slated to secure a temporary occupation permit in 2024.
Parc Greenwich, jointly developed with CSC Land Group, comprises nine residential towers that are 14-storeys high each. The executive condominium also has 52 wellness and lifestyle facilities across eight recreational zones.
It offers 496 units which range from two-bedroom (786 square feet) to five-bedroom apartments (1,464 sq. ft.), and penthouse units ranging from two-bedroom (990 sq. ft.) to five-bedroom units (1,679 sq. ft.).
The executive condominium is well-connected to Tampines Expressway, Seletar Expressway and Central Expressway and the nearest Mass Rapid Transit station is Sengkang MRT station which can be accessed through the Fernvale Light Rail Transit station near the area.
“Our high-quality residential development Parc Greenwich appeals to young couples and families with children who value wellness and active living with a plethora of facilities and amenities at their doorstep,” said Lorraine Shiow, acting chief operating officer of Resident (Singapore) at Frasers Property.
“To enhance the living experience, all units are equipped with a smart home system for greater digital convenience, with an option to add on more Internet-of-Things (IoT) features and smart appliances,” she added.
Shiow also said Parc Greenwich is near to next-generation commercial, digital, and industrial hubs which will provide more employment opportunities in the north-east region.
Frasers said e-applications for Parc Greenwich will start on 26 August to 6 September, before its launch and sales booking on 11 September. It also said that eligible first-time homebuyers can qualify for up to S$30,000 of Central Provident Fund housing grants.
