Frasers Property names key appointments
The organisational changes will take effect on 1 February.
Frasers Property will introduce changes to its organisational structure on 1 February, led by the creation of the Group Chief Operating Officer role.
Taking the helm as Group COO is Anthony Boyd, the current CEO of Frasers Property Australia.
As Group COO, Boyd will directly oversee the following key strategic areas for the Group – Group Digital & Technology, Group Investments, Frasers Property Capital, Group Strategic Communications and Branding and Group Procurement and Supply Chain.
“Boyd will also support the Group CEO in aligning strategic programmes including building its asset class Centres of Excellence and driving operational synergies and efficiencies across the Group,” the company announced.
Cameron Leggatt, executive general manager for development at Frasers Property Australia, will succeed Boyd as CEO of Frasers Property Australia.
Also taking on a new role is Lim Hua Tiong, CEO of Frasers Property Vietnam and One Bangkok. Lim will take on the “CEO, Emerging Markets, Asia” post.
