Frasers Property posts $2.7b pre-sold revenue as at December 2022

In Singapore, the company has an unrecognised revenue of $1.0b.

Frasers Property ended 31 December 2022 with a pre-sold revenue of $2.7b across Singapore, Australia, China, and Thailand.

Based on the company's latest business update, it recorded healthy sales of residential projects in Singapore despite rate hikes and inflation.

In the Lion City, Frasers Property sold 50 units and recorded an unrecognised revenue of $1.0b as at 31 December 2022.

By the end of September 2022, Frasers Property was also able to sell 90% of Rivière units with Temporary Occupation Permit, 100% of Parc Greenwich EC units within nine months from launch, and 77% of Sky Eden@Bedok units.

Frasers Property expects to complete Parc Greenwich and Sky Eden@Bedok by H224 and H126, respectively.
