Guess which two launches buoyed developer sales in November
One is a development project from HY Realty.
Developers recorded more residential units sold last month, with 1,110 units sold comprising 860 private residential units and 250 ECs.
According to ERA Realty Network key executive officer Eugene Lim, the high sales volume was led by the launches of 2 new condominium projects, Parc Riviera and Queens Peak.
"Buyers were attracted to the excellent location of Queens Peak, as it is located just adjacent to Queenstown MRT station," Lim explained.
He furthered, "For Parc Riviera, its proximity to the Jurong Lake District and educational cluster at Dover played a part in drawing buyers. Also, the developer also adopted a unique “1 Price for all” strategy for its booking day, where units on the 2nd to 15th floor were all the same price."
Lim stressed that the small units were the main draw at these two developments.
