HDB resale prices up by 0.3% MoM in May
Year-on-year, overall prices increased by 7.7%.
Prices of HDB resale flats slightly increased by 0.3% month-on-month (MoM) in May, with the overall prices reflecting 7.7% in the same period last year.
In a report, 99.co and SRX said mature and non-mature estates rose by 0.7% and 0.3%, respectively.

Per room types, the three-room prices posted the highest increase by 0.8% MoM, followed by four-room flats which rose by 0.7%, and Executive prices by 0.6%.
On the other hand, five-room prices declined by 0.6%.
Compared to the same period last year, mature estates prices were up by 7.3%, whilst non-mature assets rose by 8.1%.
Prices for three-room flats increased by 7.2%, four-room by 8.3%, five-room by 7.4%, and Executive by 9.7%.
