HDB resale prices up 10% in November: SRX
A total of 26 HDB flats were resold for over $1m during the month.
HDB resale prices rose 10% in November compared to the same period in 2021, according to data released by SRX.
Prices for all room types increased during the month. Resale prices of 3 room HDB flats rose by 9.7%; 4 room flats by 10.8%; 5 room flats by 10.7%; and executive flats by 12.2%.
Compared to October, resale prices are 0.6% higher, with 3 room prices higher by 0.9%, 4 room prices by 0.8%, 5 room prices by 0.6%, and executive prices rising most with a 2.5% increase.

More transactions were also recorded in November, with 2,140 HDB resale flats moved during the month. This is 8.9% higher than in October. However, the volumes are 17.3% compared to November 2021.
By room type, 42.2% of the volumes come from HDB 4 Room, 23.3% from 5 Room, 25.2% from 3 Room and 7.1% from executive flats. The rest are from other room types.
The most expensive HDB flat resold for the month is a 5 room DBSS unit at The Peak @ Toa Payoh, which sold for over $1.34m. At least 26 HDB flats were resold for over $1m in November.
