HDB resale prices down 0.6% in June
Resale volume stayed flat.
HDB resale prices declined 0.6% month-on-month in June, according to data from SRX Property. Resale prices of 3-room and 5-room flats decreased by 0.7% and 0.8% respectively, while prices of 4-room flats stayed flat.
Meanwhile, resale volume stayed flat, with 1,823 flats sold during the month.
On a year-on-year basis, prices have also decreased by 0.6% while volume increased by 6.7%.
Prices have declined by 11.5% since their peak in April 2013, while volume as plunged by 50% compared to its peak in May 2010.
