HDB resale prices drop 0.6% in Q1

After four quarters of negligible price changes.

Following four quarters of zero to 0.1% price movements, the Housing & Development Board (HDB) resale flat prices registered a 0.6% decline in the first quarter of the year, according to the recent flash estimates released by the HDB.

The detailed public housing data will be released on 28 April 2017.

Meanwhile, HDB announced that it will offer about 4,600 Build-To-Order (BTO) flats and about 3,000 balance flats this coming May.
