Here are the five best-selling projects in February
Sims Urban Oasis was the top performer.
Almost half of new flats sold in February were located in the Rest of Central Region (RCR), thanks mostly to robust sales at Sims Urban Oasis at Sims Drive.
Data from PropNex show that Sims Urban Oasis was the top performer last month with 112 units sold at a median price of $1,397 psf, followed closely by The Skywoods in Dairy Farm heights with 23 units sold at a median price of $1,251 psf.
City Gate condominium sold 22 units at $1,830 psf, while Symphony Suites sold 18 units at $1,008 psf. The fifth best performer was Lakeville with 16 units sold at $1,251 psf.
