388 units were snapped up.
According to Maybank Kim Eng, the best-selling project of the month was 396-unit The Inflora at Flora Drive, where 388 units were snapped up during the launch month due to its relatively attractive pricing (median ASP SGD952 psf).

Chip Eng Seng’s 186-unit Nine Residences at Yishun Ring Road was a distant second, with 96 units sold (median ASP SGD1,107 psf), while CDL’s 266-unit The Venue Residences only managed to sell 39 units from the 50 launched (median ASP SGD1,457). CapitaLand released the remaining 215 units at D’Leedon, and sold 26 at a median price of SGD1,542 psf.
