Hillhaven sells 33% of its units during launch
The average selling price of the units sold was $1,903 psf.
Hillhaven by Far East Organization and Sekisui House sold 59 out of 179 units (33%) during its launch on 20 January, Friday.
Sold units had an average selling price of $1,903 per square foot (psf).
Two- and three-bedroom units were the most popular amongst buyers.
According to the Far East Organization, all buyers of the sold units were Singaporeans and Permanent Residents, with 70% of buyers being 31-50-year-olds.
“Hillhaven has garnered enthusiastic interest from local homebuyers and upgraders who found the tranquil Hillview residential precinct a charming and intimate location, seamlessly integrating residents with the natural surroundings while ensuring effortless accessibility with the Hillview MRT just a 4-minute walk away,” Shaw Lay See, CEO of the Sales and Leasing Group for Far East Organization, said.
Hillhaven comprises two 27 and 28-storey towers with five types of rooms: 2-bedroom and 2-bedroom plus study (678 to 797 sq ft), 3-bedroom and 3-bedroom plus study (947 to 1,195 sq ft), and 4-bedroom (1,259 to 1,636 sq ft).
The corresponding prices for each apartment start at $1.36m, $1.83m, and $2.44m, respectively.
