The Hillshore sells three units on launch day

The units exchanged hands at an average price of $2,598 psf.

The Hillshore in Pasir Panjang sold three of its 59 units on launch day, data from Huttons showed.

According to the expert, buyers likely bought units for “their stay to reap the benefits from the transformation of the area.”

“Buyers like the short walking distance to Haw Par Villa MRT station and the proximity to the future Greater Southern Waterfront,” Huttons said.

PropNex echoed this, saying the boutique development’s short distance to the future Greater Southern Waterfront precinct may “potentially offer capital appreciation upside or rental opportunities when the precinct is up and running.”

“In addition, investors could also be looking at tapping home leasing demand from employment hubs nearby, including Science Park, the NUS, the NUH, and in the Pasir Panjang area,” PropNex added.
