Housing binge: URA and HDB to release two sites with about 1,000 units

To provide home buyers with more choices.

The demand for housing continues to grow and the Government is keeping up with it, allowing potential buyers to choose from an array of homes.

In a release, the Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) and Housing & Development Board (HDB), as the Government’s land sales agents, will be releasing two sites with residential component for sale in September 2014 under the 2nd half 2014 (2H2014) Government Land Sales (GLS) Programme.

The residential with 1st storey commercial site at Upper Serangoon Road is launched for sale under the Confirmed List, while the residential site at Dundee Road will be made available for sale on the Reserve List today.

Together, these two sites can yield about 1,000 residential units.
