Lentor Mansion to attract extended families, landed homeowners
The development is the first project in the Lentor precinct to have 5-bedroom units.
GuocoLand's 533-unit Lentor Mansion will likely appeal to buyers with extended families or even landed homeowners in the Lentor Gardens who want to move to a condo for the facilities and convenience, Huttons Asia CEO Mark Yip said.
According to Yip, the development is the first project in the Lentor precinct to have 5-bedroom units.
Unit types in the Lentor Mansion range from 2- to 5-bedroom. The 2-bedroom units, according to Yip, will suit the needs of seniors who wish to right size.
Prices for a 2-bedroom unit start from $1.149 million, which Yip said is "very attractive in the market."
"This affordable quantum makes it easy for young couples looking to buy their first home," Yip said.
Yip said the development will also be attractive for parents planning to or have young children since two popular primary schools, CHIJ St Nicholas Girl's School and Anderson Primary School, are within one kilometre of the development.
Lentor Mansion comprises 533 residential units across three 16-storey towers and three eight-storey blocks.
The development sits on a site spanning 2.2 hectares, making it the largest site and lowest in density among all plots sold under the Government Land Sales Programme in Lentor to date.
GuocoLand and Hong Leong Holdings target to complete the development by the end of 2027.
