LHN boosts Coliwoo's key count to 2,401 in Q3
It aims to add at least 800 keys yearly for three years.
LHN Limited has secured 2,401 keys for Coliwoo, its co-living business in Singapore, as of Q3 2024, marking an increase from the previous quarter.
In Q2, Coliwoo only had 2,151 secured keys.
The 2,401 secured keys comprise 1,851 from master leases and 550 from owned or joint venture properties.
In its business update, LHN Limited said it aims to add at least 800 keys yearly for three years.
As of 30 June, there are 24 Coliwoo properties in Singapore.
