Lumina Grand sells 53% of units on weekend launch
The average launch price was $1,464 psf.
Lumina Grand sold 53% or 269 of its 512 units on its weekend launch.
City Developments Limited (CDL), the property's developer, said the average launch price was $1,464 per square foot (psf), with an additional 3% applied to units sold under the deferred payment scheme.
CDL offered an early bird discount of $8,000 across all unit types on 27 January.
The three-bedroom premium and four-bedroom units were the most popular amongst homebuyers.
A three-bedroom premium costs $1.388m, and the price of a four-bedroom is $1.628m.
Meanwhile, a three-bedroom and a five-bedroom cost $1.338m and $2.098m, respectively.
CDL said Lumina Grand also reached its second-time buyer quota during the launch.
Under prevailing EC regulations, only 30% of the project can be allocated to second-time buyers during the initial launch.
"Interested second-time buyers who were unable to purchase a unit during this initial launch period can make their bookings one month later," CDL said.
"E-applications for second-time buyers will take place from 17 to 26 February, and sales booking will commence on 2 March 2024," CDL added.
