The Myst sells 27% of its units during launch
The average selling price of the units sold was $2,057 psf.
City Developments Limited’s The Myst sold 110 of its 408 units (27%) during its weekend launch.
Sold units had an average selling price (ASP) of S$2,057 per square foot (psf). The most popular units amongst buyers were the one and two-bedroom types.
According to CDL, 99% of The Myst’s buyers were Singaporeans, whilst the remaining 1% were permanent residents from China.

The Myst comprises two 24-storey residential towers with five types of units: one-bedroom plus study (517 sq ft), two-bedroom (678 sq ft), three-bedroom (850 sq ft), four-bedroom (1,518 sq ft), and five-bedroom (1,690 sq ft).
The corresponding prices for each apartment are $998,000, $1.33m, $1.708m, $2.826m, and $3.18m, respectively.
