OUE inked a deal with Oakwood for new serviced residences in Singapore

It is slated to open next year at OUE Downtown.

SGX Mainboard-listed integrated property developer OUE signed a management agreement with Oakwood Asia Pacific Ltd (Oakwood).

The management agreement will see global serviced residences operator Oakwood running the new serviced residences at the upcoming OUE Downtown.

The new mixed-use development, which has nature-inspired elements, is expected to open in 2017. It will house 268 serviced residences, complete with a range of luxury facilities and services including private dining, a swimming pool, a fitness centre, daily housekeeping, a concierge and more.

Within the complex are retail options for groceries and shopping amongst others.
