Prestige landed homes sales down to $1.16b in H1
There were 60 recorded transactions in the first half of 2022.
The sales of the priciest landed homes went down by about $1.16b in the first half (H1) of 2022 compared to H1 2021 and the second half (H2) last year, PropNex revealed.
According to PropNex’s Prestige Landed Homes Report (1H 2022), the $1.16b sales pales in comparison to the $2.68b and $3b sales recorded in H1 2021 and H2 2021 respectively.
There were 60 recorded transactions in the first half of 2022 for prestige landed homes, all worth more than $10m.
This figure was similar to the Good Class Bungalows (GCB) market in H1 2022, which reported muted sales, PropNex also noted.
HoweverPropNex added that these numbers are still “trending above pre-pandemic levels.”
