Prices of high-end properties in Singapore slipped 2.3%

It fell to $2,267 per sq ft in 3Q.

Based on Knight Frank’s analysis on a basket of private residential properties, prices of high-end properties fell by 2.3 per cent q-o-q from $2,321 per sq ft in 2Q 2013 to $2,267 per sq ft in 3Q 2013. 

Conversely, prices of mid-tier properties increased 3.5 per cent q-o-q from $1,623 per sq ft to $1,680 per sq ft; while prices of mass market properties rose 1.1 per cent q-o-q over the same period to average $1,088 per sq ft.
