
Private condo prices dipped by 0.3% in April
Units in Central were 0.8% cheaper.
Prices of private condominium units slipped by 0.3% in April compared to March 2018, according to the National University of Singapore - Singapore Residential Price Index (NUS-SRPI).
The MoM difference is due to a 0.8% decrease in prices of residential properties excluding small units within the Central Area that comprises Districts 1 to 4, and 9 to 11. Prices of small units fell by 0.6%.

Meanwhile, prices of residential properties outside the Central district remained the same.
The SRPI is the index for the overall private condominium units market in Singapore based on the whole SRPI property basket.
