While HDB rents dropped by 0.6%.
Rents of private condominium units stayed flat on a month-on-month basis in April, according to data released by SRX Property.
Rental volume dropped by 10.3% during the month, with an estimated 3,953 units rented in April. On a year-on-year basis, rents slipped by 5.4%. In individual sectors, CCR, RCR and OCR posted 1.9%, 8.2% and 6.8% year-on-year decrease in price, respectively.
Over in the public housing space, HDB rents dropped by 0.6% during the month, while rental volume dropped by 2.2%. On a year-on-year basis, rents dropped 4.3% while volume rose 5.8%.
