Robust sales continue for market favourites Botanique at Bartley, North Park Residences

They sold over 150 units in May.

Market favourites Botanique at Bartley and North Park Residences continued to enjoy robust sales in May.

Data from the Urban Redevelopment Authority show that UOL’s 797-unit Botanique in Upper Paya Lebar moved another 94 units in May, bringing the total number of sold units to 345.

Meanwhile, Frasers Centrepoint’s 920-unit development North Park Residences in Yishun sold another 59 units last month, bringing the total number of units sold to 538.

Botanique at Bartley and North Park were the key drivers behind the meteoric rise in April new home sales. Due to a dearth of new launches in May, new developer sales slumped by 45%.
