SingHaiyi-led JV to launch Sora at $2,180 psf 

The luxury condo will be built on the plot of the former Park View Mansions.

A joint venture led by SingHaiyi is launching its latest luxury development in Jurong Lake District, Sora, this weekend at an average price of $2,180 per square foot.

SingHaiyi and TK 189 Development Pte. Ltd. on June 222 will open its 440-unit luxury condominium project for public viewing with prices starting at $1m or $1,850 psf for a one-bedroom with a study unit. 

Potential home buyers can preview three types of units at the Sora Gallery at Prinsep Street, a a 732 sqft two-bedroom deluxe, a 1,195 sqft three-bedroom premium and a 1,679 sqft five-bedder luxury. The developers estimated the selling prices to average at $2,180 psf.

The project is situated in front of Jurong Lake Garden, featuring unlocked views of the 90-hectare national gardens in the heartlands.

Sora will be built on the plot of the former Park View Mansions residential complex which the joint venture acquired via a $260m en bloc deal in June 2022.
