Suntec City Tower 1’s 31st floor for sale at $43m

Foreign buyers can purchase the floor with no additional ABSD or SSD.

The entire 31st floor of Suntec Tower 1 is for sale at a guide price of $43m, or $3,501 per square foot on strata area, Savills Singapore announced.

The sale will be conducted through an expression of interest (EOI) exercise which closes on 14 September, Thursday at 3PM. 

Suntec City is a commercial development featuring 5 towers of Grade A offices, Singapore’s second largest shopping mall, and a convention and exhibition centre. The floor comes with 3 individual titles, with strata sizes ranging from 3,735 sqft to 4,758 sqft, making up a total strata area of 12,282 sqft. It is fully tenanted.

It has sheltered access to three MRT stations– City Hall interchange, Promenade, and Esplanade stations– as well as link bridges and underpasses to adjoining developments in the Marina Centre area.

Both foreigners and companies are eligible to purchase, and no Additional Buyer’s Stamp Duty (ABSD) or Seller’s Stamp Duty (SSD) will be payable.
