Thomson View Condominium, a residential property located next to Upper Thomson Mass Rapid Transit station, has been put up for collective sale.
The asset's reserve price is $918m or $1,282 per square foot per plot ratio, inclusive of a 7% bonus gross floor area, lease upgrading premium, and land betterment charge for intensification of land use.
Interested buyers can submit offers until 18 April, 3 pm.
Edmund Tie & Company, the property's sole agent, said the asset sits on a 50,197 square meter (540,314 square feet) plot with a 99-year tenure since 1975.
It comprises 255 units, including 54 townhouses and a 29-storey block housing a shop unit and 200 apartments.
Under the Master Plan 2019, the property site is zoned for residential use with a plot ratio of 2.1, allowing for a total gross floor area of 112,792 square meters.
Authorities have preliminarily approved a redevelopment plan for 1,240 residential units without a pre-application feasibility study.
