Three adjoining bungalows at Chancery Hill, Dyson sold for $61.08m

Proceeds of the sale went to charity.

A subsidiary company of Sustained Land bought three adjoining freehold bungalows at 10/10A and 12 Chancery Hill and 14/14A Dyson roads for $61.08m. 

The three bungalows built on a 2,986.7 square metre total site area are currently vacant.

The Urban Redevelopment Authority zoned the three sites as "Residential" with a "2-storey Mixed Landed" development control under the 2019 Master Plan.

The sale closed last 21 March and drew bids with more than ten offers from developers and high-net-worth families looking to rebuild the property for their own use.

Cushman and Wakefield, the exclusive advisor, said the proceeds from the sale went to the charities chosen by the properties' late owner.
