
Tiong Seng bags two home development contracts worth $123.9m
They will construct six 12-storey apartment blocks at the Hollandia site.
Developer Tiong Seng has been awarded two private residential development contracts worth $123.9m, according to a press release.
The biggest of this is the Hollandia Residences project at the Hollandia site, awarded by FEC Skypark with a contract value of about $99.6m.
They will construct six 12-storey residential apartment blocks consisting of 319 apartment units, as well as a landscape deck, two basement carparks, a swimming pool and various communal facilities.
The second contract worth $24.3m is located at 16 Cairnhill Rise, which was awarded by TSky Cairnhill to a 60:40 joint venture between Tiong Seng Civil Engineering and Ang Tong Seng Brothers Enterprises.
This project will involve the construction of one 15-storey residential flat with a total of 39 apartment units, basement car parks as well as facilities on both its sky and roof terraces.
Both projects are expected to start in February.
The latest project wins will increase the Group’s construction order book size to approximately S$1.0 billion extending to 2023.
