
Three residential sites up for grabs: URA and HDB
The sites can yield about 1,880 residential units in total.
The Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) and the Housing & Development Board opened three residential sites for sale.
Sites located at Dairy Farm Road, Sims Drive, and Tampines Avenue 10 are for sale under the first half of the 2018 Government Land Sales (GLS) Programme, according to an announcement.
Under the Confirmed List, the Dairy Farm Road site is open for residential development with its first storey allowed for commercial use. With a 99-year lease period, the site has an area of 211,483.93 sq ft (19,647.5 sq m) and a permissible gross floor area (GFA) 444,118.94 sq ft (41,260 sq m) that can accommodate around 500 housing units.
Meanwhile, the URA residential site at Sims Drive and HDB Executive Condominium site at Tampines Avenue 10 are available for application under the Reserve List. Both have a 99-year lease period.
The Sims Drive site has an area of 174,647.68 sq ft (16,225.3 sq m) and a GFA of 444,118.94 sq ft (41,260 sq m) that can yield around 680 units. The site in Tampines Avenue 10 has an area of 268,437.93 sq ft (24,938.7 sq m) and a GFA of 751,626.21 sq ft (69,828.36 sq m) that can yield a maximum of 700 units.
The tender for the land parcel at Dairy Farm Road will close at noon of 4 September 2018.
