URA closes tender for 3 sites

The sites received a total of 12 bids.

The Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) closed the tender for the  Clementi Avenue 1, Pine Grove (Parcel B), and Lorong 1 Toa Payoh sites on 7 November.

URA launched the public tender for Clementi Avenue 1, Pine Grove (Parcel B)  on 15 August, whilst Lorong 1 Toa Payoh was launched for tender on 5 September.

Clementi Avenue 1 received six bids, with the highest bid of $633.45m coming from CSC Land Group and Caspian Residential 3.

Pine Grove (Parcel B)  and Lorong 1 Toa Payoh received three bids each.

The highest bid received for each site was $692.39m and $968m, respectively.

URA will award the tender at a later date after evaluation of the bids.
