URA, HDB launch four residential sites under H2 2024 GLS Programme
All sites come with a 99-year leasehold.
The Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) and the Housing & Development Board (HDB) launched four residential sites for sale under the H2 2024 Government Land Sales (GLS) Programme.
The properties include Lentor Gardens, River Valley Green (Parcel B), Marina Gardens Lane, and Woodlands Drive 17 (Executive Condominium). All sites have a leasehold of 99 years.
As part of the 5,050 residential units to be released under the Confirmed List, Lentor Gardens and River Valley Green (Parcel B) have been launched for sale, with a potential yield of 500 and 475 residential units, respectively.
Meanwhile, the sites at Marina Gardens Lane and Woodlands Drive 17 are available for application under the Reserve List and can potentially yield 390 residential units and 420 Executive Condominium (EC) units, respectively.
The tenders for the River Valley Green (Parcel B) and Lentor Gardens sites will close at 12 pm, 7 February 2025 and 3 April 2025, respectively.
